Role Overview
Genesis Technologies is building AuraSync, an AI‑driven hiring and people‑intelligence platform. We are creating a senior data scientist role to lead the design, development, and productionisation of advanced machine‑learning models that power candidate assessment, behavioural insights and decision support. The role will own end‑to‑end data science pipelines, mentor junior team members and partner with product and engineering to deliver scalable AI solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end development of predictive and generative ML models for candidate screening and behavioural assessment.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows on large‑scale HR datasets.
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions, define experiments, and evaluate model performance.
- Deploy, monitor and continuously improve models in a cloud environment ensuring reliability and compliance.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and engineers, fostering best practices in code quality and reproducibility.
- Collaborate with product, engineering and research teams to integrate AI capabilities into the AuraSync platform.
- Stay current with state‑of‑the‑art AI research and evaluate emerging techniques for potential adoption.
